Why GBP1500 is worthly spent ?
Before BNO visa, most Hong Kong people came to the UK under Entrepreneur visa (GBP200,000 investment amount), in fact they spent more than GBP200,000. It is the reason they changed from Entrepreneur visa to BNO visa. But their BNO ILRs were rejected.
If your case was rejected, and asked for lawyer for appeal. Under the current law, appeal is only available under administrative reviews. Lawyer will charge you and file action under administrative reviews. I tell you the truth. Home Office will issue the decision letter saying that the previous decision is right. Why ? Lawyer will suggest you to go under Human Rights ground, which cost you GBP30,000 to GBP50,000 (Cash). The appealing under Human Right route will take you 3 to 5 years to get final decision, that means you can stay in the UK for 3 to 5 years more. Trust me, Human Rights ground 100% fails for all BNO cases. But your GBP30,000 to 50,000 cash service fee has been paid for nothing.
